The Mall Fund
The Mall Fund was established in 2002 by Capital & Regional plc and Aviva Investors, and invests in community malls throughout the UK. Other investors in the Fund include investors such as The Prudential, ISIS Property Asset Management plc, ING Real Estate, Prudential Property Investment Managers, Scottish Widows Investment Partnership, Hermes Real Estate, F&C Asset Management, Arlington Property Investors, Sparinvest and APG, Europe's largest pension fund.
The Mall Fund's assets currently total approximately £1.2bn, invested in 16 Malls.
