By attracting new retailers and hence shoppers to our Malls we boost the vitality of town and city centres across the country. Through improvements across our portfolio we make a significant investment in local communities and economies. Our Malls also create significant employment opportunities within host communities, and the vast majority of the people we need to manage and maintain our Malls are recruited locally.
The Mall actively supports the Association of Town Centre Management (ATCM) and has championed the development of Business Improvement Districts (BIDs) by supporting the ATCM BIDs pilot scheme in 2005.
