Every Man Should have...
Come on guys - you can always look stylish and on trend. Whatever the occasion calls for, you cant go wrong if you have these key items in your wardrobe. You can find any of these clothes in the shops at your local Mall now so you have no excuse.
The White Shirt
What can't you do with a white shirt? For business or and important function you can wear it with a suit and tie. Undo the top button roll up the sleeves and you can wear it with jeans for the smart / casual look. Make sure it always looks crisp and white.
Dark Blue Jeans
Everybody has a pair of jeans in their wardrobe, they are so versatile and if they are the right kind - stylish. There isnt any need to point out all the ways that jeans can be worn and the reasons why you should have a pair, but if you only have 1 pair then go with a dark blue type because they're easier to dress down than to dress up than a bleached or faded pair.
V Neck Jumper
The V-neck jumper is the perfect layering item and so easy to get right. You can put it over a t-shirt, the white shirt as mentioned earlier even check, striped or coloured shirts or why not wear it by itself you cant go wrong. There are some great colours out there to really make an impact. Like these gorgeous coloured jumpers below available from M&S
Cardigans
Cardigans have now managed to surpass the term 'trend' and enter the wonderful world of the 'staple', becoming an essential part of every man's wardrobe. For most guys, there seems to be so much choice where cardigans are concerned, to wear in a smart or casual way.

Blazers
Regardless of the nautical theme, thats a big style to be had this summer, the blazer / casual jacket is always going to be a must. It goes great with absolutely anything (just so long as it isn't black) and can smarten up just about any piece that you pair it with. However, avoid the old-school ones with gold/brass buttons and you'll do just fine.

A Grey Suit
Every man needs at least 2/3 suits but if you only have one aim for a middle grey (somewhere between cement and charcoal), so that it is appropriate for any time of the year and you can wear it with anything. Including the white shirt and black shoes for interviews or board meeting. With a black polo shirt and casual shoes for those summer weddings or formal evenings out. Or lose the trousers and go with just a plain v-neck tee shirt and the jeans for a night out. Just remember to get the proportions right.

Shoes / Boots
A Pair of Black Shoes or Boots are a must - not quite as out-there and statement making as brown/tan is but if you want to keep things simple, safe and solid then you can't get much better than them. Try to tread the balance between square-toed and pointed, aim for somewhere in the middle to avoid wearing something that really doesnt look right.
