November can also be known to many of us as ‘Movember’ – where throughout the month, men ditch their razors and shavers and grow those beards & moustaches to raise funds for men’s health.

The Movember foundation is the only charity tackling men’s health on a global scale, year round. They’re addressing some of the biggest health issues faced by men: prostate cancer, testicular cancer, and mental health and suicide prevention. By 2030 there’ll reduce the number of men dying prematurely by 25%.
