General Terms & Conditions

The "RewardME" card can only be obtained by becoming a member of "The Mall" RewardME scheme. To become a member simply go to the Ask Me Point (AMP) of participating Malls and sign up, sign up at www.themall.co.uk/rewardme, or download the RewardME app available for Apple and Android devices.

Membership is open to people who live, work or shop in The Mall and are over the age of 12. If you are under 16, parental consent will be needed to receive emails.
When you sign up to become a member of the "RewardME" scheme you will receive the "RewardME" update via email. This will be sent out a number of times per year as and when offers are updated and other relevant information is available.
The "RewardME" card is only valid once signed on the reverse and will not be accepted at retailers otherwise.
The "RewardME" card is free to join and the card has no monetary value
The "RewardME" card is instantly usable against current offers, subject to availability and retailer participation
To use your "RewardME" card at participating retailers you need to present it when you initially approach the sales point/sales assistant, offers can not be obtained retrospectively.
The "RewardME" card entitles the member to special offers and promotions details of which are at the AMP of participating Malls.
The offers are subject to change throughout the year. The updated offers will be emailed to each member but will also be available from the AMP and website.
Retailer participation and offers may vary between participating Malls.
All offer/discount/promotion(s) are only valid on full price items and can not be used in conjunction with any other offer/discount/promotions, unless stated otherwise by the retailer.
Offers are subject to availability and are correct at time of going to print.
The "RewardME" card is not a credit or debit card and can not be used as such.
The Mall and associate retailers reserve the right to terminate offers at any point throughout the promotion.

RewardME App Terms & Conditions

Providing your details via the app will register you as a RewardME member or associate existing membership details with the app.
By registering your details you are agreeing that we may contact you with the latest deals, offers, news and events from The Mall. We promise not to share your details with anybody else and process data in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. Membership of the RewardME scheme can be obtained by signing-up in-Mall or via this app.
Membership to the RewardME scheme is free and physical membership cards have no monetary value.
Members signing up via the app will not receive a physical membership card. A digital version of your membership card and number can be found in the app.

RewardME members will receive regular emails from The Mall with offer updates, news, events, competitions and promotions. You can opt of emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link found at the bottom of each email or by speaking to a member of staff at the Ask Me Points.

The RewardME membership cards both physical and part of the app is instantly useable against current offers, subject to availability, retailer participation and ant offer specific terms and conditions.
All current offers can be found in the app, on the Mall website and from the Ask Me Points within participating Malls.
Offers are subject to change throughout the year and are subject to specific terms and conditions that can be obtained from the provider of the offer.
All efforts are made to ensure content displayed on the app is correct and up to date but The Mall cannot be held responsible for omissions and errors.
Retailer participation and offers may vary between Malls.
To claim an offer members must present their physical membership card or app screen to the participating retailer at the time of purchase. Offers cannot be claimed retrospectively.
Unless otherwise stated offers, discounts and promotions are only valid against full prices purchases. Customers should check with the provider of the offer.
Offers are subject to availability and can be subject to change or cancellation without notice.
All efforts are made to keep the app, website and in-mall offer lists as up to date as possible.
The RewardME card is not a credit, debit or payment card and cannot be used as such.

App Scan and Win Terms & Conditions

Specific terms and conditions apply to Scan & Win prizes and competitions and can be found in the Scan & Win section of this app or from The Mall website.
Scan & Win instant win prizes are subject to availability and are awarded on a first come first served basis until all prizes have all been distributed or until the end of the promotion period for that prize.
There are no cash or prize alternatives.
App users are able to scan the code once per promotion period.
To participate in each promotion shoppers must use The Mall app 'scan & win' function to scan the code at the Ask Me Point desk in The Mall.
Entry is only available to registered users of the Mall RewardME app, available on iPhone and Android smartphones.
The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion due to events arising beyond its control. Neither the promoter nor its agents are responsible for third party acts or omissions.
Scan & Win prizes consist of instant win giveaways and entry to prize draws. Further terms and conditions may apply to prize draws.
Instant win prizes must be collected from the Ask Me Point at the Mall in which the code was scanned by showing the win confirmation screen to a member of staff at the desk within 10 minutes. Prizes cannot be claimed retrospectively.
Users must have mobile internet coverage to participate in Scan & Win promotions.
