The Position

We are looking for a team member to join our lovely Ask Me Point team, the role will be a  15 hour contracts working on a rota bases this will include a mix of weekdays and weekends together some holiday and bank holiday cover as overtime.

Details

Description -
To provide a pivotal link between Mall customers and guests, and to act as an ambassador and communicator for their Mall on a local basis. The Ask Me Point Assistant will deliver excellent standards of service to all customers, while contributing to the achievement of the Annual Business Plan.

Tasks include:
Answering customer queries
Reward ME sign ups
Answering phone calls and emails
Collect + service
