This summer is looking good for shoppers as four new businesses join The Mall Wood Green. B&M launched its brand-new store on 4 May while Wingstop opened on 24 June, followed by Puregym on 5 July and Wendy’s on 19 July.

One of the UK’s best-loved variety retailers, B&M, opened its doors at The Mall in May. Located on the first floor of the shopping centre, the store launched in style with balloon displays, giveaways and a big Golden Ticket competition, where one lucky shopper got the chance to win a £250 gift card to spend in store.

A spokesperson for B&M said: “We are absolutely thrilled by the warm welcome we've received from our wonderful customers at our brand-new Wood Green store! This location truly captured our hearts, and we were overjoyed to finally open our doors. Wingstop, which is famous for its chicken wings, Puregym and fast-food chain, Wendy’s will all be situated on the High Road in the large unit that used to house WH Smith. The Mall has recently undertaken a programme of works to split the unit into three to offer more options for its guests.

Wendy’s was originally located in Wood Green in the 1980s so it’s a welcome back for the American burger giant, while the other two businesses are brand-new to the area. Britain’s largest gym chain by membership, Puregym will offer 24-hour access for its members.
